Moselland Riesling Hochgewächs Steillage, feinherb, 2020

Sun-favored slate steep slopes characterize this off-dry Riesling from the Mosel. A GerneWieder-Wine

Sun-favored slate steep slopes characterize this off-dry Riesling from the Mosel. Fine fruit aromas make it a lively taste experience with a pleasantly lingering finish. It is particularly well suited to fish, seafood or cold plates.

Did You Know?
Originally, the term “feinherb” was introduced by vintners on the Mosel. The winegrowers hoped that the designation “feinherb” would improve marketing. However, the term “feinherb” is not defined in the wine law. A feinherb wine is never dry, but has a slight residual sweetness. The comparison with a semi-dry wine is quite legitimate.
